can be a great fundraiser on special days
throughout the year (eg sports day). The
following recipe is sanctioned by P&C.
If adding extra ingredients eg chocolate,
banana etc, please supply a list otherwise
you do not need to list the ingredients.

INGREDIENTS
60g butter
1/3 cup caster sugar
1 large egg
1 cup S/R flour
vanilla
¼ cup milk
METHOD
1. Beat butter, sugar to cream. Add vanilla
2. Add egg and beat well. Sift flour.
3. Add flour & milk alternately and
mix lightly into a soft dough
4. Spoon into paper containers
5. Bake in moderate oven (190oC) for 10-12
mins.
